Belkin(R) SurgeMaster(TM) 6-Socket Home Series Surge Protector With Rotating Plug, 709 Joules Review

When I ordered this item I was skeptical but the price was RIGHT..The description said the item had a "Rotating Plug" and I wondered when looking at the picture attached to this item how an electrical surge suppressor such as this could have a rotating plug when it obviously just plugged into the front of an existing electrical outlet (standard with 2 grounded outlets)..How did it rotate or does it rotate?? But SINCE the price was right I went ahead and ordered 2 of them JUST to see.. When I received the order containing multiple items, ALL were in the correct quantity and were in very GOOD new condition.Packing was secure and the seller USA365 took care to insure that delivery was EFFICIENT..Received the big box of 'goodies' on Dec. 17, 2009 delivered via UPS and the shipping was FREE since I had an ample dollar amount order to qualify for free shipping. This ITEM is a BELKIN P22730-A SurgeMaster with 8 foot grounded cord with 6 grounded outlets--and YES there is a Rotating Plug on the end of the cord that you plug into an existing grounded outlet...The LABELING on the new package announces plainly 709 JOULES and 36,500 MAXIMUM SPIKE CURRENT ..This item is part of Belkin's 'HOME SERIES' which includes suppressors/protectors up to 1180 JOULES.They have more expensive models in their SUPERIOR SERIES and GOLD SERIES.According to the label on the item-- I am protected up to $75,000.00 for 'connected equipment warranties' and the other series have much increased 'dollar value' protection PROMISED..Finally,I took a picture of this item [the CORRECT one being shipped to buyers] and uploaded it to AMAZON.COM and will watch to see if they actually change the picture to make it ACCURATE..Looks as if from reading the previous written review quite a few months ago that a customer was LOST because of this photo mistake!!!! I am well satisfied with the units {2} I received along with ALL the other items I ordered online from AMAZON.COM and will continue to shop here and to put in my two (2) cents worth..MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY, PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR 2010 to EVERYONE ! !
