The product us very good. Works very well, and easy to setup. Can be configured with serial port or web-interface (http or https). Also has option of FTP (for updates) and Telnet (for configuration). Each of the outlets can be named, and can be controlled (on/off/reboot) individually. You can create additional user accounts and then give them control to specific outlets.We already had one of these and wanted another one to meet the needs in our data center. The box was damaged in shipping, and we received it open with the packaging broken in two parts. Fortunately, the parts inside were safe and worked fine.
