ACOUSTIC RESEARCH PW101 10-Outlet Power Conditioner with Voltage Meter Review

This is a glorified power strip, and for the price I expected more.The picture is somewhat deceptive and I should have paid closer attention to the box dimensions - this is not designed to support other AV components like other power conditioners in this class - it's about 3 inches deep, so it must either rest on a shelf with nothing else above it, or at the top of your rack on another component.All other AV power conditioners I have bought are deep enough to support other components on top of them.

The build quality is not as good as I would have expected for the price ($65).It is what it is, but my Belkin PureAV that went for about $100 has a far superior build quality and more standard component-like dimensions.
