Note: there is a disclaimer on the box that states the warranty is only "recognized" if the product was purchased through an authorized Panamax dealer. Not sure if Amazon is just that, but if you are going to purchase this Panamax PF then you will need to research that if you are concerned about this issue. It would have been good to know this up front prior to purchase. Probably would not have changed my mind, but at least know it up front. Install was easy, great template for the cut out required. Also, you will require a UL rated "typically blue or metal for outdoors power connection box" for the back side of the outlet portion. Remember to get this box if you plan on installing right away. Overall, great product, price is right, and it installs easily. Mounted behind a 50" plasma.
